Parking management means running your space day to day: who may park when and at what rate, how payment works, and how occupancy and revenue stay in view. Hello:Parker takes this over completely, you own the space, we run it for you.

Parking lot monitoring ensures that spaces are reliably kept available for those who should be able to use them. Using registered entries and exits, licence-plate recognition calculates the associated parking duration and checks it, along with any permissions granted, against the usage terms in force at your car park. Unauthorised parkers are identified in a GDPR-compliant way and released for follow-up. Long-term learning effects ensure the proper availability and use of your parking space.

That has to be assessed individually for each parking space. Important factors are the available number of spaces, the user groups of those spaces, the location of the car park and its entry and exit options. Do spaces need to be reserved for particular users? What about peak times for incoming and outgoing traffic? Might tailbacks affect public traffic? These and other aspects have to be considered – we go into the detailed analysis with you and decide together whether entry/exit barriers make sense for your parking space or whether FreeFlow licence-plate recognition is sufficient.

Cameras at the entrances and exits read the licence plate as the vehicle drives through – with no stopping and no ticket to pull. Entry and exit are documented with a timestamp. The parking duration is calculated automatically. At paid car parks, the relevant parking time is paid shortly before departure at the local pay station, via app or online by entering the licence plate. Online payment is also possible for up to 48h after the parking session ends. At monitored car parks, and at managed spaces too, the system additionally verifies the licence plate to authorise parking.

We carry out the individual assessment together with you.
