Made it.

Your parking lot. Run the friendly way.

Book a call

Your space is one of a kind. So is your parking management.

Hello:Parker organises your parking area so that arriving feels good – for you as the provider of the site and for the people who park on it.

We steer how the bays are used, on fair terms for everyone involved, while your site keeps running.

Barrier-free parking

In short.

What is parking management?

Parking management means organising a parking area in day-to-day operation: who may park, when and for how long, at which rate, and how those rules are checked and evaluated. The term covers two areas. Parking lot management handles access, rates and payment; parking lot monitoring makes sure the rules of use are kept.

We capture both through licence plate recognition; a barrier is possible, but not needed. This pays off wherever spaces are scarce, unauthorised parkers limit availability, or permits and payments are still handled by hand.

How licence plate recognition works

Getting in, getting around.

Every sector parks differently.

Free site analysis

Analyse free of charge*, then decide

How your space is actually used cannot be guessed. We run an analysis on site: who stands when, where it gets tight and what the space can carry.

The analysis is free for you. You then decide on figures rather than a hunch.

How the site analysis works

* The site analysis is free of charge if you then appoint us to run your site.

A partner in your success.

Where a car park turns into a good experience.

Your team gets its time back.

Permissions, space rentals, revenue and complaints all run digitally, fully through us if you like. Your team keeps a clear head.

Your users park without the hunt.

Whoever arrives knows where to go right away. No circling, no tiresome search for a space out front.

Parking gets planned. Not left to chance.

Free allocations can be reserved in advance, from home or on the move. So capacity appears exactly where it's needed.

We see the squeeze coming before it does.

Every movement on your space becomes knowledge, on call any time. Together we turn it into fresh potential.

Your site is live in a few weeks.

From your decision to live operation, with no months-long delivery or wait times.

Rules nobody experiences as a penalty.

Clearly visible rules and infrastructure speak for themselves, fair and tailored, without anyone feeling unfairly treated.

What is already there stays.

Existing systems get connected, not replaced

Barriers, roller doors and cameras on your site keep running wherever that works technically – and the software you already use is connected just the same. The mechanics stay; the system makes the decision.

What applies to your installation is settled on site. And we say so when replacing would end up cheaper than connecting.

What can be connected

Hello:Parker learns from every arrival.

Together, we spot what your space really needs.

We track occupancy, peak times and bottlenecks continuously and steer against them before things get tight. In real time you can see at any moment where your space runs well and where we fine-tune – with solid numbers instead of guesswork.

Common questions

Questions about parking management.

Parking management is the organisation and control of a parking area: who may park, when and for how long, at which rate, and how those rules are enforced and evaluated. It covers parking lot management (access, rates, payment) and parking lot monitoring (compliance with the rules of use).

Parking management is the umbrella term. Parking lot management governs paid or allocated use of an area. Monitoring makes sure the rules that were set are kept – for example on free customer car parks with a maximum parking time.

Sites where spaces are scarce, where unauthorised parkers limit availability, or where permits and payments are still managed manually. That applies equally to clinics, hotels, retail, municipalities and mixed-use areas.

No. Access and parking time are captured through licence plate recognition. A barrier is possible, but not required – that reduces hardware, maintenance and queuing at the entrance and exit.

Yes, because processing is limited to what is necessary, deletion periods are defined and the terms of use are displayed visibly on site. There is no continuous video surveillance; what is captured is the plate and a timestamp.
