Free* site analysis
Measure first. Decide after.
How your site is actually used cannot be guessed. We run an analysis on site – before you commit to anything.
It is free for you. What you end up with is a picture of your site you can work from: solid figures instead of an impression.

What the analysis answers.
What you will know about your site afterwards
How many vehicles arrive, when they arrive and how long they stay. That shows whether your site is genuinely full at peak times or whether a few long stayers create the impression.
Who is standing there: customers, staff, deliveries or people with no business on the site. That split decides whether you need a charge at all or whether a maximum stay is enough.
And what the space can carry: which rule would have which effect, where capacity lies idle and where a change would pay off first.
Four steps, one of them yours.
How the analysis runs
We look at the site
Entrances, bays, user groups, existing equipment. We also establish what you already know about your site and what is open.
We record how it stands
We measure how the site is used – for as long as it takes for the picture to hold. Your operation carries on as normal.
We evaluate
The data becomes an evaluation: occupancy, peak times, parking durations, user groups. Not an estimate but counted movements.
You decide
We go through the results with you and say what we draw from them. On that basis you set how your site should run from here.
Why we go first.
Because managing a site without figures is guesswork
Most decisions about parking are made on instinct: the site looks full, so something has to happen. Sometimes that is right. Often three quarters of it stands empty and the two rows by the door are the problem.
We do not want you choosing a system your site does not need. And we want to know what we are taking on before we take on an operation. That is why the analysis comes at the start and not on the invoice.
